Terms

Last updated October 26, 2026. Furbox is a service of Cooli AI. By using it you agree to these terms.

What you get

A free, watermarked preview in one style. After a one-time payment, all eight styles in full resolution (1600 × 2000 pixels), 6 redos within 30 days of upload, and downloads from your private gallery for about a year.

Your photo

Only upload photos you took or have the right to use. Don't upload photos of people or anything unlawful.

Using your portraits

The portraits are yours for personal use: print them, frame them, share them, give them as gifts. Furbox may show a portrait publicly only if you give us permission first.

AI painting

Portraits are painted by an AI image model. Results vary, and a portrait can miss a detail of your pet; that is what the free preview and the redos are for.

Refunds

If none of your portraits look like your pet, email hello@cooli.ai within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full.

Limits

We may limit free previews to keep the service running for everyone. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid.
