Privacy

Last updated October 26, 2026. Furbox is run by Cooli AI. This is what we collect, why, and for how long.

Your pet photo

We use the photo you upload only to paint your portraits. It is stored privately and deleted automatically 30 days after upload. We never sell it, share it, or show it to anyone but you.

Your portraits

Portraits live in your private gallery, reachable only through its link. Unpaid previews are deleted after 14 days, paid portraits after about a year. Anyone who has the link can see the gallery, so keep it to yourself.

Payment and email

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card. Stripe tells us your email address so we can send you your gallery link; we use it for that and for answering you, nothing else, and we don't send marketing.

Other data

To stop abuse of free previews we keep a one-way hash of your IP address with each upload. We don't use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The site stores the links to your galleries in your own browser so it can offer them again.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the images and runs the AI model that paints them. Stripe handles payment. Resend delivers our emails.

Deleting your data

Email hello@cooli.ai with your gallery link and we will delete everything for that gallery right away.
